Simple Customization
Customizing the above code for your site colors is very simple, assuming you already understand the basics of HTML, such as color codes and using tables.

Examples:

• Changing Width from 100% to Fixed Width
  Find the first line in the above code that says <table width="100%"> and change to the width in pixels that you wish, such as <table width="200">. Note that if you "nest" this code inside an existing table cell that is 200 pixels wide (or any size), this code will automatically fit without modification.
