Sunny, Sweet Rock and Roll from Simpler Times: The New Dick and Dee Dee Review

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Author and singer Dee Dee Phelps, the original member of the Warner Bros. Records duo Dick and Dee Dee, and singer/actor Michael Dunn, will re-create the hits of Dick and Dee Dee and other '60s recording artists on Sunday night, June 22nd at Theatre Palisades, 941 Temescal Canyon Road, in Pacific Palisades, California at 8 p.m.
In addition to the music, the show produced by Altergate Productions features a video of Dick Clark introducing the original duo, and short vignettes from Dee Dee's book, "Vinyl Highway" (ISBN-13: 978-1934321751). Dee Dee talks about her first time on stage, singing with an integrated tour in segregated states, and performing with the famous acts.
